THE 7 RAYS OF LIFE MEDITATION
The 7 Rays of Life* Meditation is a powerful tool for planetary healing, helping planet Earth and humankind to raise our vibration and spread more light. When properly activated the seven rays form a Temple of Light* creating a sacred space in which healing can occur. By activating these energies we not only strengthen the light on planet Earth, we can also benefit ourselves by immersing ourselves in these radiant waves of light.
Along with this meditation we will use The Great Invocation*. This invocation – which belongs to all of humanity – is a world prayer based on universal truths encompassing all seven Rays of life.
This meditation will be facilitated by master Djwhal Kuhl* under the assistance and loving guidance of The Great White Brotherhood* composed of the Ascended Masters* and their Anointed Representatives.

THE SEVEN RAYS
The rays are the seven aspects of light that together form the great white divine light that encompasses and forms all of creation at our level of existence and comes from the central sacred sun. Each of the seven rays is the fulfilment of an aspect of the Christ consciousness and is ensouled by an Ascended Master. Each ray has a vast range of properties and characteristics and is therefore known by many different names and qualities. For this meditation we will use the description from the book “7 Rays of Life” by Alice A. Bailey.
Ray 1 The energy of Will, Purpose or Power ( The Will of God)
Ray 2 The energy of Love and Wisdom (The Love of God)
Ray 3 The energy of Active Intelligence or Adaptability (The Mind of God)
Ray 4 The energy of Harmony, Beauty, Art and Unity
Ray 5 The energy of Concrete Knowledge and Science
Ray 6 The energy of Devotion and Idealism
Ray 7 The energy of Ceremonial Order, Magic and Law
THE TEMPLE OF LIGHT
“Let the Temple of the Lord be built”, the seventh great Angel cried.Then to their places in the north, the south, the west and east, seven great sons of God moved with measured pace and took their seats. The work of building thus began.

The doors were closed. The light shone dim. The temple walls could not be seen. The seven were silent and their forms were veiled. The time had not arrived for the breaking forth of light. The Word could not be uttered. Only between the seven Forms the work went on. A silent call went forth from each to each. Yet still the temple door stayed shut.

As time went on, the sounds of life were heard. The door was opened, and the door was shut. Each time it opened, the power within the temple grew; each time the light waxed stronger, for one by one the sons of men entered the temple, passed from north to south, from west to east and in the centre of the heart found light, found understanding and the power to work. They entered through the door; they passed before the Seven; they raised the temple’s veil and entered into life.

The temple grew in beauty. Its lines, its walls, its decorations, and its height and depth and breadth slowly emerged and entered into light. Out from the east, the Word went forth: Open the door to all the sons of men who come from all the darkened valleys of the land and seek the temple of the Lord. Give them the light. Unveil the inner shrine, and through the work of all the craftsmen of the Lord extend the temple’s walls and thus irradiate the world. Sound forth the Word creative and raise the dead to life.

Thus shall the temple of the light be carried from heaven to earth.Thus shall its walls be reared upon the great plains of the world of men. Thus shall the light reveal and nurture all the dreams of men.

Then shall the Master in the east awaken those who are asleep. Then shall the warden in the west test and try all the true seekers after light. Then shall the warden in the south instruct and aid the blind. Then shall the gate into the north remain wide open, for there the unseen Master stands with welcoming hand and understanding heart, to lead the pilgrims to the east where the true light shines forth.

THE GREAT INVOCATION
The Great Invocation belongs to all humanity and not to any one religion or group. It is a world prayer, translated into more than 75 languages and dialects. The Great Invocation is based on truths common to all major religions and is used daily by millions of people all over the world.
DJWHAL KHUL
Djwhal Khul, also called "The Tibetan," was a beautiful master who achieved liberation under master Kuthumi's guidance. He is profoundly learned, knowing more about the seven rays and the spiritual hierarchy than perhaps any of his peers. He channeled wisdom works to Alice Bailey, a modern leader of the Theosophical Society. With Kuthumi and El Morya, he works diligently for our enlightenment. Djwhal Khul is known as The Tibetan who channeled the mighty esoteric works to Alice Bailey. He works under Lord Kuthumi and is a very learned being, working specifically to help us to move forward into the Golden Age. Shortly after leaving the earth plane in the late 1800's he began working with El Moyra, Kuthumi and St. Germain to assist them.
THE GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD
The Great White Brotherhood or Brotherhood of Light: A spiritual organization composed of Ascended Masters and their anointed representatives who continue to assist Earth and it’s inhabitants after their own enlightenment.
ASCENDED MASTERS
The ascended masters are our elder brothers and sisters who have passed all major initiations of the spiritual path and graduated from Earth’s schoolroom, returning by free will to the heart of God through the sacred ritual or process known as the ascension. They are the saints, teachers and masters of East and West from all religions and cultures who stand in glory before the presence of the one God.
